How to use red bios editor?
The current version of Red BIOS Editor allows you to write all MPT modifications directly to the BIOS of the RX 5700, 5700 XT(X) and RX 5600 XT models and output this BIOS as a writable file. However, currently only one customized version of the ATI Flash Tool allows you to write at least a BIOS created in this way on the RX 5700 and RX 5700 XT(X), while there is currently no suitable software for the RX 5600 XT.
Since AMD is massively restricting the use of SoftPowerPlayTables and thus indirectly MorePowerTool with Adrenaline drivers since 2020, the community is pinning their hopes on the old overclock or overclock bonus that made Navi cards at least a bit like the Radeon RX 5700 (XT).
Unfortunately, this was also the case with Adrenaline 2020, at least temporarily, for a while. But the Red BIOS Rebellion Team certainly did their job. The result was RBE (Red BIOS Editor), thanks to R.B.R.T. and to all the community users who spent months testing and reporting bugs. The current, first version of the new tool will allow you to change, adapt and save BIOS entries of the Radeon RX 5700 (XT) in a direct way similar to MPT (More Power Tool).

However, there are still some limitations with other models at this time, and we also suggest that everyone read the disclaimer and preliminary notes carefully first, because what can be realized with this tool is clearly beyond the scope Wattman and other tools.
Currently, MPT (MorePowerTool) works with all released Navi cards, as a result of which SPPT (SoftPowerPlayTables) stored in the registry are severely slowed down or artificially limited by drivers.
